How we handle personal information submitted through this website.
FEHM SERVE (Pty) Ltd ("FEHM SERVE", "we", "us") processes personal information in line with South Africa's Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA).
When you use the contact form on this website, we collect the name, email address, phone number and service area you provide. If you contact us directly by phone, email or WhatsApp, we collect whatever information you choose to share with us.
We use this information solely to respond to your enquiry, assess the scope of work you've described, and follow up about a potential project. We do not use it for marketing and do not sell or rent it to third parties.
Contact form submissions are delivered to us by FormSubmit.co, a third-party form-processing service acting on our behalf. FormSubmit does not use your information for any purpose other than delivering your message to us. No other third party receives your information.
We retain enquiry information for as long as reasonably necessary to respond to you and, where a project proceeds, for the duration of that business relationship and applicable record-keeping requirements.
Under POPIA, you may ask us to confirm what personal information we hold about you, request a correction, or request that we delete it, unless we're required to keep it for legal or contractual reasons. To make a request, contact us at info@fehmserve.co.za.
